About this item
SKU RUB140CGR — 23" × 23" × 29", Plastic, Gray.
Heavy-duty 40-gallon square plastic container delivers 14% more capacity than round alternatives, fitting your industrial janitorial workflow efficiently. Built from reinforced plastic with molded grips and nesting handles for secure side-by-side stacking. Rust-proof, chip-resistant design ensures long-term durability in demanding commercial environments.
Common questions
How does the square shape improve capacity compared to round containers?
The square design maximizes usable space, providing up to 14% greater capacity than standard round trash cans of similar height. This reduces emptying frequency, lowering labor costs and improving operational efficiency in high-volume waste environments.
Are the nesting handles designed for side-by-side stacking?
Yes. The molded nesting handles enable secure, stable side-by-side positioning and nesting when stacked, allowing compact storage in warehouses, break rooms, and facility spaces while maintaining easy access for emptying.
Will this trash can rust or degrade in wet environments?
No. Heavy-duty plastic construction is fully resistant to rust, chipping, and fading, making it ideal for humid, wet, or chemical-exposure areas common in industrial and commercial facilities.
What makes the reinforced rim and molded grips important for industrial use?
These features reduce worker fatigue during repeated lifting and transport throughout the day, improving safety and ergonomics. The reinforced rim also prevents structural failure under heavy use, extending product lifespan and reducing total cost of ownership.
