Measure the roll as you plan to pack it, including any wrap.

Total allowances: 0.5 in added to diameter and 1 in across both ends by default. These are editable starting values, not a fit standard.

01 / FINISHED ROLL

Measure after rolling

Flat sheet dimensions do not tell you the roll diameter. Paper stiffness, the number of sheets and any protective wrap change the finished roll. Do not force artwork into a tighter roll just to use a smaller tube.

02 / CLOSURE SPACE

Leave room for the ends

Cap depth and crimped-end closures can reduce usable space. Compare your roll plus the allowances with the listed dimensions, then verify closure clearance before ordering. Diameter and length alone do not establish suitability for an item.

03 / WHOLE PACKS

Round up the quantity

Divide your mailing count by tubes per pack or case, then round up. For example, 100 mailings with 34 tubes per case needs 3 cases: 102 tubes, leaving 2 spare. Larger packs may leave more unused tubes.

Results are ordered by the smallest listed cylindrical size (diameter squared × length), then diameter and length. Prices are checked for the exact listed variant when you run the finder. Shipping and taxes are additional; the product page and checkout confirm the final amount.
