Specifications reviewed October 2, 2026 · U.S. packaging buyers
Use your current Uline box model to find a Packrift candidate, then compare the complete specification and order quantity. Matching a familiar size is a starting point. The five Uline examples below carry a 200 lb test designation; the Packrift cube candidates carry ECT-32. Those grades describe different measurements, so this is a size-and-quantity shortlist, not a claim of equivalent strength or performance.
Match the packed item before matching the order
Bring the original model, the item’s dimensions with its required cushioning, and the box’s style and construction. Use confirmed inside dimensions to assess fit. Keep room for the packaging your approved process needs rather than assuming an item with the same nominal dimensions will fit comfortably.
Measure the closed package’s exterior for the intended shipping service. Do not transfer another manufacturer’s outside dimensions from an inside-size match.
If you know the item dimensions but have not selected a carton, use the existing box size finder. The box-size index and corrugated-box collection provide broader routes beyond these examples.

| Uline model / inside dimensions, in | Uline grade / boxes per bundle | Packrift candidate | Packrift dimensions / convention | Packrift grade / boxes per bundle |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S-4062 — 6 × 6 × 6 | 200 lb test / 25 | 666 | 6 × 6 × 6 in; inside specified | ECT-32 / 25 |
| S-4084 — 8 × 8 × 8 | 200 lb test / 25 | 888 | 8 × 8 × 8 in; inside specified | ECT-32 / 25 |
| S-4125 — 12 × 12 × 12 | 200 lb test / 25 | 121212 | 12 × 12 × 12 in; inside specified | ECT-32 / 25 |
| S-4201 — 20 × 20 × 20 | 200 lb test / 10 | 202020 | 20 × 20 × 20 in; listed; interior unconfirmed | ECT-32 / 10 |
| S-4247 — 24 × 24 × 24 | 200 lb test / 10 | 242424 | 24 × 24 × 24 in; inside specified | ECT-32 / 10 |
For SKU 202020, the reviewed record lists 20 × 20 × 20 inches without separately establishing the interior convention. Confirm usable interior dimensions before treating it as a fit match for S-4201. The other four selected Packrift records explicitly identify their dimensions as inside measurements.
Uline S-4125 lists a 12-inch interior and 12 3/8 × 12 3/8 × 12 5/8 inch exterior. Those outside figures apply only to that Uline model.
Preserve the strength requirement
Uline’s terminology on S-4062 distinguishes pound-test bursting strength from edge-crush testing. A 200 lb test designation is not a 200-pound contents allowance, and ECT-32 is not a 32-pound payload limit. Neither a matching size nor a simple comparison of the numbers establishes interchangeable performance.
Keep the original required grade and construction in the quote. Model-specific wall counts are not established here for the five Uline examples. Where a Packrift record does not separately state the wall count, do not infer it from ECT alone. Use the ECT-32 chart, ECT-44 chart and double-wall guide for the relevant next check.
Compare physical box counts
For a requirement of 120 boxes, five 25-count bundles supply 125 boxes; four supply only 100. A suitable 10-count format needs twelve bundles to supply 120. Choose the size and specification first: a larger 10-count box is not an alternative merely because its bundle arithmetic produces the exact count.
Uline’s bundle and bale quantities are separate fields. S-4125 lists 25 per bundle and 500 per bale; S-4247 lists 10 per bundle and 120 per bale. Do not substitute a bale count for the actual ordering increment. Ask each quote to show the SKU, bundles and total physical boxes together.
Compare merchandise, shipping and required receiving services for the same destination and approved specification. Treat tax consistently. The Uline shipping-cost worksheet helps organize those totals; the bulk shipping-box guide covers whole-order purchasing.
Keep useful size routes in the shortlist
Additional ECT-32 cube routes follow. SKU 141414’s interior convention remains unconfirmed; check the item and cushioning before changing sizes.
| Additional Packrift cube route | Dimensions, in | Measurement evidence | Boxes per bundle |
|---|---|---|---|
| 101010 | 10 × 10 × 10 | Inside specified | 25 |
| 141414 | 14 × 14 × 14 | Listed; interior unconfirmed | 25 |
| 161616 | 16 × 16 × 16 | Inside specified | 25 |
| 181818 | 18 × 18 × 18 | Inside specified | 20 |
For 12-inch cubes, the 12 × 12 × 12 kraft-box page separates standard, multi-depth and grade variants. Once a candidate passes the required pack-out checks, retain its SKU and purchase unit in the reorder record. Questions before ordering
Are these verified equivalents for the Uline models?
No. These are size-and-quantity candidates. The Uline examples list 200 lb test, while the selected Packrift cubes list ECT-32. Confirm dimensions, construction and the required grade before evaluating a replacement.
Do all matching dimension numbers mean the same usable interior?
No. Confirm the measurement convention on each product. The interior convention for Packrift 202020 and 141414 is not established here. Measure the completed exterior separately for shipping.
How many bundles cover 120 boxes?
Five 25-count bundles provide 125 boxes, while twelve 10-count bundles provide 120. Select the suitable size and specification first, then quote the actual bundle quantity.
