Common questions
Will this tape adhere to all carton materials used in our packing line?
Yes. The rubber adhesive formula activates on contact with most surfaces including kraft paper, corrugated, plastic, and metal without requiring pressure or drying time, ideal for high-speed automated and manual dispensing.
How does this tape perform in cold storage or outdoor environments?
The 5.2 mil vinyl backing resists moisture, weathering, and temperature fluctuations while maintaining adhesion integrity. It's specifically engineered to exceed performance in humidity-controlled and outdoor distribution scenarios.
Is this compatible with standard tape dispensers on our packing line?
Yes. The 1/4" width and standard core design are compatible with most industrial tape dispensers and automated applicators, minimizing equipment modifications and setup time.
Why choose red vinyl tape for case coding versus labels?
Vinyl tape offers permanent, fade-resistant color visibility that survives handling, moisture, and chemical exposure, unlike labels that peel or smudge. It also provides simultaneous sealing and coding, reducing application steps and labor cost per carton.
