Common questions
Will this tape work with our standard tabletop and automated dispensers?
Yes. The 3" cardboard core is compatible with universal hand dispensers and most automated tape application systems found on modern packing lines. Verify your dispenser's core specifications before ordering to ensure use.
How does 5.6 mil thickness affect adhesion and peel-off performance?
The 5.6 mil crepe paper thickness provides strong initial tack and sustained adhesion for case sealing while remaining easy to remove manually or with mechanical dispensers without tearing or leaving adhesive residue on cardboard or product surfaces.
Is this tape suitable for oily or wet packaging environments?
Absolutely. The moisture and oil-resistant formulation maintains adhesion in humid facilities and around greasy products, making it ideal for food processing, automotive parts, and industrial goods where environmental conditions challenge standard masking tapes.
What coverage does one case provide for a typical packing line?
Each roll delivers 60 yards of 1.5" tape; one case of 24 rolls covers approximately 1,440 linear yards. For average case sealing at 1-2 feet per box, this supports 720-1,440 box closures depending on tape application width and technique.
