About this item
SKU T9352307 — 60 yds × 60 yds, 5.2 Mil, Natural. Sold as a case of 36, shipped from US warehouses.
3M 2307 masking tape delivers reliable adhesion and clean removal from powder-coated and stainless steel surfaces on your packing line. Each case contains 36 rolls of 1 " x 60 yard crepe paper tape with 5.2 mil thickness, engineered for holding, bundling, and sealing without lifting or curling. Withstands temperatures up to 200°F for 1 hour.
Common questions
Will this tape work with standard tape dispensers on our packing line?
Yes. The 1" width and standard core design (N/A core reference) are fully compatible with most industrial tape dispensers. The crepe paper backing feeds smoothly without jamming, and the 5.2 mil thickness provides consistent tension for reliable dispenser operation at production speeds.
How does this tape perform on different metal surfaces?
The rubber adhesive formula specifically removes clean from powder-coated and stainless steel surfaces without leaving residue. This reduces dispenser cleaning time and prevents adhesive buildup that can jam equipment during continuous packing operations.
Can we use this tape in heated case sealing environments?
Yes. This masking tape withstands temperatures up to 200°F for up to 1 hour, making it suitable for most industrial case sealing and heat-exposure applications. For sustained high-temperature applications, consult the technical data sheet for specific performance parameters.
Why buy a full case of 36 rolls instead of smaller quantities?
Buying by the case (36 rolls) reduces per-roll cost and ensures consistent adhesion and material properties across your entire production run. For high-volume packing lines, a case provides approximately 2,160 linear yards of tape, minimizing dispenser changeouts and maintaining workflow continuity.
