About this item
SKU T935260012PK — 60 yds × 60 yds, 6.1 Mil, Natural. Sold as a case of 12, shipped from US warehouses.
Tape Logic 2600 masking tape delivers adhesion and core compatibility for high-speed packing lines. Each case includes 12 rolls of 1 " x 60 yds crepe paper tape with 6.1 mil thickness, engineered to resist moisture, solvents, and dispenser wear. Designed for painters, contractors, and production supervisors who demand reliable case sealing and clean removal.
Common questions
Will Tape Logic 2600 adhere properly to corrugated cardboard boxes on our packing line?
Yes. The 6.1 mil crepe paper backing provides excellent adhesion to cardboard, kraft paper, and painted surfaces. Its pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive bonds immediately upon application, supporting case sealing and product bundling without surface degradation or residue left behind.
How does this tape perform in humid or wet environments common to packaging facilities?
Tape Logic 2600 is formulated with moisture and solvent resistance, maintaining adhesion strength in damp conditions and around wet paint or coating operations. Its crepe paper construction resists humidity-related degradation, ensuring reliable performance across varying warehouse and production conditions.
Can we use this tape with standard industrial tape dispensers on our assembly line?
Absolutely. The 1" width and standard 3" core diameter are compatible with all commercial manual and electric tape dispensers. The smooth crepe paper surface feeds cleanly without jamming, supporting high-throughput packing line operations with minimal downtime.
What makes the 12-pack case size optimal for production planning?
A case of 12 rolls (720 linear yards total) supports typical packing line requirements for 5-7 days of continuous operation, balancing storage efficiency with supply chain logistics. Bulk purchasing reduces per-unit costs while maintaining fresh inventory rotation for consistent adhesion performance.
