Common questions
Is this tape compatible with my Tape Logic dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic #800 Economy Tape is engineered for all standard 2" carton sealing tape dispensers, including Tape Logic models. The core and roll width are optimized for smooth, jam-free operation on manual and powered dispensers.
Will this tape stick to film-lined or coated boxes?
Absolutely. The hot melt adhesive formulation adheres excellently to plastic films and coated surfaces, making it ideal for modern film-lined corrugated cartons and plastic-wrapped cases common in high-speed operations.
Can I use this tape for over-stuffed cartons?
Yes. The extra elongation in the adhesive and 2.2 mil thickness provide hold on irregular, over-stuffed, or bulging boxes. The quiet release mechanism prevents tape binding, keeping your line running without jams.
What temperature range does this tape work in?
Apply between 32°‚104°F for optimal bonding. The sealed package will remain secure in service temperatures from 10°‚120°F, covering cold storage, standard warehouses, and heated environments.
