Common questions
Will this tape adhere properly on frozen cardboard boxes?
Yes. The acrylic adhesive formulation maintains full tack and shear strength at temperatures well below freezing. Unlike standard hot-melt tapes that become brittle in cold, this 311+ formula bonds reliably on frozen surfaces without peeling or separation during handling.
Is this tape compatible with my existing 2-inch tape dispenser?
Absolutely. The 2-inch width and standard core diameter work with all industry-standard 2-inch box tape dispensers. No equipment changes needed, simply load and seal.
What's the adhesion difference between this and regular carton tape?
This 311+ tape uses acrylic adhesive specifically engineered for cold temperatures, while standard tapes rely on hot-melt adhesives that lose tack below 40°F. For damp or cold environments, acrylic adhesive outperforms hot-melt by 300-400% in shear strength, reducing seal failures and rework.
How many linear feet of sealing does one roll provide?
Each roll delivers 110 yards of sealing tape, providing approximately 330 linear feet per roll. With a 6-pack case, you get 1,980 linear feet total, sufficient for 500+ standard boxes depending on tape configuration and box size.
