About this item
SKU T9874602PK — 60 yds × 60 yds, 3.5 Mil, White. Sold as a case of 2, shipped from US warehouses.
Tape Logic double sided film tape delivers permanent bonding for high-speed packing lines. This 2 " x 60 yard, 3.5 mil vinyl tape features strong acrylic adhesive and a standard 3 " core for straightforward dispenser compatibility. Sold as a case of 2 rolls.
Common questions
Will this tape work in my existing automated dispenser?
Yes. The 3" core size is the industry standard for most commercial tape dispensers used on packing lines. Before first use, confirm your dispenser's core hub accommodates 3" cores, nearly all Tape Logic dispensers do.
How long does the adhesive take to set?
Acrylic adhesive provides immediate bonding with full permanent strength within 24 hours. For high-speed lines, pressure application during dispense ensures instant hold without slowing production.
Can I use this on both glossy and matte surfaces?
Yes. The conformable vinyl film adapts to both smooth and textured surfaces. For best results on low-surface-energy films (polyethylene, polypropylene), apply firm roller pressure immediately after tape placement.
What's the shelf life for unused rolls?
Store in a cool, dry environment (60, 75°F, <50% humidity). Properly stored rolls maintain adhesive performance for 12+ months. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to prevent premature adhesive hardening.
