Common questions
Will this tape adhere properly if applied directly in a refrigerated environment?
Yes. Tape Logic #6651 is specifically formulated to maintain strong adhesion when applied at refrigerated temperatures. The hot melt formulation cures effectively in cold conditions, ensuring reliable case sealing whether your line operates in 40°F coolers or below-freezing environments.
Is this tape compatible with standard 3-inch carton sealing dispensers?
Absolutely. The 3-inch width and standard core design ensure compatibility with all industry-standard H-duty and manual tape dispensers. No special equipment changes needed, drop and go on your existing packing line.
What makes this tape USDA-compliant for food packaging?
The pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive formulation meets USDA standards for packaging materials with minimal contact to meat and poultry products prepared under federal inspection. This eliminates compliance concerns for food processing and cold chain operations.
How much tape coverage does a 6-pack provide for typical carton sealing?
Each roll covers approximately 500-600 cases (standard box dimensions). A 6-pack case provides 3,000-3,600 case seals, giving supervisors reliable supply for high-volume cold storage packing lines without frequent restock interruptions.
