Common questions
Are these tags ANSI or ISO compliant for shipping standards?
These inspection tags meet standard shipping and quality control documentation requirements. The bright red color and durable cardstock provide clear visibility for rejection marking. Verify specific regulatory compliance with your industry requirements.
Can I order replacement wire separately if tags are reused?
Yes. Additional 26 gauge wire is available under stock number G2500. This allows cost-effective reuse of tags when wire becomes worn or damaged.
How durable are these tags in humid or wet warehouse conditions?
The 13 point cardstock resists moisture and maintains integrity through typical warehouse humidity. For extreme moisture environments, consider laminated alternatives. Test samples in your specific conditions for optimal performance.
What's the typical usage rate for a 1,000-tag case?
Usage depends on production volume and rejection rates. A 1,000-tag case typically lasts 2-12 weeks in active manufacturing. Track consumption to establish optimal reorder timing and maintain uninterrupted quality control operations.
