Common questions
What types of loose fill can this dispenser handle?
The 45NUTDIS dispenses all common loose fill types including expanded polystyrene packing peanuts, biodegradable peanuts, paper cushioning, air pillows, and foam padding. The scissor valve mechanism provides consistent control regardless of fill material density.
What's the minimum ceiling height needed for installation?
Minimum ceiling height is calculated based on a 30-inch packing table plus 24 inches of working space between the table surface and the scissor valve. For example, with an 8-foot ceiling and a 30-inch table, you have approximately 66 inches available, sufficient for most operations. If you have lower ceilings, consider the 15NUTDIS model, which is specifically designed for space-constrained environments.
How does the spring-loaded scissor mechanism improve efficiency?
The spring-loaded design requires minimal hand pressure to dispense precise amounts of fill, reducing operator fatigue during long shifts and enabling consistent packing quality. This speeds up packing time while decreasing material waste from over-dispensing.
Is this dispenser durable for high-volume daily use?
Yes. The poly woven bag construction is engineered for decay resistance and withstands demanding warehouse environments. The spring-loaded valve mechanism is built for thousands of cycles, making it ideal for 24/7 fulfillment operations with minimal maintenance requirements.
