Common questions
Do I need bubble wrap or additional cushioning with these mailers?
No. The expanded fiber padding built into these mailers absorbs shock and protects contents during shipping. Additional cushioning is not necessary, reducing packaging costs and time.
Are these mailers water-resistant?
Yes. The kraft material is moisture-resistant, protecting your products from humidity and light water exposure during transit and storage.
How does the self-seal closure work?
The peel-and-stick closure features a natural rubber adhesive strip that seals only to itself. Simply peel back the protective strip and press the end flaps together for a secure, tamper-evident seal.
What products work best with #1 size (12" x 7.25") mailers?
This size is ideal for clothing, small electronics, cosmetics, books, vinyl records, and other items up to approximately 2 pounds. It's the most popular size for e-commerce brands shipping lightweight to medium-weight products.
