About this item
SKU T9077200 — 450' × 450', Fiberglass Reinforced Kraft Paper, Kraft. Sold as a case of 10, shipped from US warehouses.
Tape Logic #7200 reinforced water activated tape delivers instant, tamper-evident sealing on all corrugated carton surfaces. The fiberglass-reinforced kraft paper construction provides extra strength for demanding packing lines, while excellent flexibility handles carton corners and irregular surfaces without splitting. This 72mm x 450 ' case of 10 rolls performs reliably in extreme temperatures.
Common questions
Is this tape compatible with standard water-activated tape dispensers?
Yes. This 72mm width is compatible with most industrial water-activated tape dispensers. For optimal dispenser performance and seal consistency, verify your equipment supports 3-inch rolls and has adjustable wetting systems for kraft paper compatibility.
How long does the adhesive bond take to set on corrugated carton surfaces?
Water-activated adhesive bonds instantly upon contact with corrugated surfaces, creating an immediate tamper-evident seal. Full cure strength develops within minutes, allowing use into high-speed packing line workflows without application delays.
Will this tape hold up in temperature-extreme shipping environments?
Yes. Water-activated tape is engineered to resist extreme hot and cold temperatures without degrading adhesion strength or becoming brittle. This makes it ideal for products shipping to varied climates or cold storage facilities.
What makes the fiberglass reinforcement critical for packing line supervisors?
Strategically bonded fiberglass yarns provide an extra margin of strength that prevents seal separation under shipping stress, vibration, and package handling. This reduces line stoppages, rework costs, and customer damage claims while maintaining consistent performance across variable corrugated grades and carton depths.
