Common questions
Do I need bubble wrap or additional cushioning with these mailers?
No. The expandable fiber padding absorbs shock automatically as your package is handled during transit. For most e-commerce applications, no additional cushioning is needed, which reduces material costs and improves your shipping margins.
Will the self-seal closure hold during shipping, or will it open in transit?
The natural rubber adhesive bonds only to itself and creates a permanent seal once pressed. It won't open accidentally and provides tamper-evidence for your customers, adding a layer of professionalism and security to your brand.
Are these mailers moisture-resistant for outdoor or weather-exposed shipping?
Yes. These kraft mailers feature moisture-resistant properties that protect contents from humidity, rain, and moisture exposure during outdoor handling and multi-carrier shipping transitions.
What products fit best in the 9 1/2" x 14 1/2" size?
This #4 size is ideal for folded apparel, small accessories, books, vinyl records, cosmetics, jewelry, phone cases, and lightweight electronics. It's the most versatile size for fashion and lifestyle e-commerce brands.
