About this item
SKU B807WSS25PK — 9 1/2" × 14 1/2", Fiber Padding, White. Sold as a case of 25, shipped from US warehouses.
Protect your products in transit with these #4 white self-seal padded mailers. The fiber padding absorbs shock while the peel-and-seal closure (Redi-Strip style) keeps contents secure. Moisture and puncture resistant, no additional cushioning required. Use for e-commerce brands shipping small items.
Bubble mailers and padded mailers: Good fit for shipping books, cosmetics, accessories, samples, small parts, and other items that need light cushioning. These mailers help ecommerce teams and small businesses choose protective, right-sized packaging for common fulfillment workflows.
Common questions
Do I need to add extra bubble wrap or cushioning inside these mailers?
No. The expandable fiber padding is engineered to absorb shock during transit and handling. For standard e-commerce items, no additional cushioning is necessary, which reduces material costs and keeps shipping weights lower.
Are these mailers waterproof?
These mailers are moisture resistant and puncture resistant, protecting contents from spills and tears. While not completely waterproof, the barrier is sufficient for typical shipping conditions and protects against minor water exposure.
Can the adhesive seal be opened and resealed?
The natural rubber adhesive is designed to seal permanently on first application. Once sealed, the mailer should not be reopened. This ensures customer confidence in product security and prevents tampering during transit.
What products work best in the 9 1/2" x 14 1/2" #4 size?
This size accommodates folded apparel, paperback books, small electronics, jewelry, cosmetics, and accessories. It's ideal for items weighing under 2 pounds and fitting standard lettermail dimensions while providing professional presentation.
