Common questions
Can these bins be stacked when empty or do they need to be filled?
These bins are designed to stack safely both empty and filled, provided total stack weight does not exceed structural limits. Each individual box supports up to 25 lbs when stacked, allowing 3-4 bins per stack in most applications.
How many boxes can fit on a standard warehouse shelf?
On a standard 36" deep shelf, you can typically place 6 bins side-by-side (6 boxes x 6" width = 36"), and stack 4-5 units high depending on shelf load capacity and ceiling clearance.
Are these compliant with shipping regulations for hazardous materials?
These ECT-32-B corrugated bins meet UN and DOT standards for non-hazardous material shipping. For hazardous material transport, consult your compliance officer to verify specific regulatory requirements.
What's the cost savings compared to plastic bin alternatives?
Corrugated bins like these typically cost 30-50% less than plastic equivalents while offering the same organizational benefits, plus they're fully recyclable, reducing end-of-life disposal costs.
