Common questions
How quickly can these bins be assembled?
These one-piece bins require no tools, tape, or staples, simply fold along pre-scored lines in seconds. One worker can prepare dozens of bins per minute, significantly reducing setup time compared to traditional two-piece construction.
What is ECT-32 and why does it matter?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32 lb/in) is an industry-standard corrugated rating that ensures excellent stacking strength and durability for repeated warehouse use. This grade supports the weight of parts and components while maintaining structural integrity in high-volume environments.
Are these bins suitable for shipping products?
Yes. These bins comply with standard shipping requirements and can be used as display or shipping containers. The 4 1/2" height provides adequate depth for secure packing while maintaining cost efficiency for freight.
Why choose kraft color over white?
Kraft coloring naturally conceals dirt, dust, and surface marks that accumulate in busy industrial settings, keeping bins looking presentable longer. This reduces the need for frequent replacement and maintains professional appearance on customer-facing shelving.
