Common questions
What does ECT-32-B corrugated mean and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32 pounds per inch) indicates the material's compression strength, these bins withstand 32 lbs of force per linear inch before crushing. This rating ensures reliable stacking and long-term durability for multi-level warehouse shelving and repeated handling cycles.
Are these bins suitable for outdoor storage or wet environments?
Standard ECT-32-B corrugated is not waterproof and should be used in dry indoor environments. For moisture-exposed applications, consider reinforced or wax-coated alternatives. Contact our team for weather-resistant options.
Can I stack these bins safely on shelving?
Yes, the ECT-32-B material supports stacking when properly distributed across warehouse shelving. Stack height depends on contents weight and shelf load ratings. Typically, 3-4 bins can stack safely without exceeding structural limits, verify load capacity with your warehouse safety guidelines.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Sold exclusively in bundles of 25 boxes (SKU BINJ10128). Standard lead times for in-stock orders are 2-5 business days. Volume discounts apply for bulk multi-bundle orders. Contact sales for custom quantities or expedited delivery options.
