Common questions
What is ECT-32-B corrugated material and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B denotes Edge Crush Test rating of 32 pounds per inch, indicating strength and durability for stacking heavy parts. This material specification ensures your bins maintain structural integrity through repeated warehouse handling, multi-tier stacking, and long-term storage without collapse or damage.
How much weight can these jumbo bins safely hold?
ECT-32-B bins support approximately 65-75 lbs per box when properly distributed and stacked up to 4-5 high, depending on floor load capacity and storage conditions. Always verify actual weight limits based on your specific stored items and local warehouse guidelines.
Can I stack these bins, and how high is safe?
Yes, these jumbo bins are designed for stacking. The 12" height and sturdy corrugated construction support 4-5 boxes stacked vertically in typical warehouse conditions. Ensure even weight distribution and avoid overloading individual boxes to maximize stack stability.
Are these bins suitable for long-term storage and outdoor use?
These white corrugated bins are optimized for indoor warehouse, shelf, and climate-controlled storage environments. Extended outdoor exposure or moisture can compromise the cardboard integrity. For outdoor storage, consider protective covers or waterproof bin alternatives.
