Common questions
What is ECT-32-B corrugated and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B (Edge Crush Test 32) is a high-strength corrugated material rated to withstand 32 pounds per linear inch of edge pressure. This rating ensures reliable performance in stacked warehouse environments and supports heavy parts without collapse or damage.
Can these bins be stacked safely?
Yes. The ECT-32-B material and robust construction support safe stacking to multiple levels in warehouse environments. Always assess total weight load and ensure shelf capacity before stacking filled bins.
Are these bins ISTA or shock-certified for shipping?
These are designed primarily for warehouse shelf storage and internal logistics. For shipping finished goods, confirm compliance requirements with our team to ensure your packaging meets carrier and destination regulations.
How many units can I fit on a standard 48x40" pallet?
Standard pallet configurations typically accommodate 4-6 bundles of 25 boxes per pallet, depending on stacking height and weight limits. Contact our logistics team for exact pallet pattern specifications and freight optimization.
