Common questions
Can these bins be stacked safely?
Yes. The ECT-32-B corrugated construction supports stacking of multiple bins without deformation. Stack height depends on contents weight, but typically 3-4 bins high is safe for standard parts storage.
Are these bins compliant with shipping and warehouse standards?
These open-top bins meet standard warehouse organization requirements and are suitable for internal storage. For hazmat or regulated shipment, verify specific regulatory requirements with your logistics team.
What types of parts are best suited for these bins?
Ideal for bulky components like metal parts, automotive hardware, electrical assemblies, fasteners, and items requiring quick visual access. Not recommended for liquids or items requiring airtight protection.
How many units should I order for a typical warehouse setup?
Order quantity depends on your bin turnover and storage footprint. Many operations start with 3-5 bundles (75-125 bins) for a small warehouse section; scale upward based on inventory density and picking frequency.
