Common questions
Do these bins require assembly tools or tape?
No. These feature one-piece construction with pre-scored fold lines. Simply fold along the lines to create your bin, no tape, staples, glue, or tools required. This dramatically reduces assembly time and labor costs compared to traditional two-piece designs.
What weight capacity can ECT-32 corrugated support?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32 PSI) corrugated is rated for moderate-duty applications, typically supporting 40-60 lbs per box when stacked 3-4 high, depending on contents weight distribution. For heavier components, consult Packrift for reinforced bin alternatives.
Why kraft color instead of white or printed?
Kraft color provides three business advantages: it naturally hides dust, dirt, and discoloration common in industrial settings; it's the most economical option, reducing material costs; and it's fully recyclable without requiring dye removal, supporting your sustainability goals.
Can these bins be stacked securely?
Yes. The rigid ECT-32 corrugated construction and flat-top design allow secure stacking up to 3-4 units high without crushing, making them ideal for vertical shelf storage systems. The 12" x 12" footprint optimizes standard shelving layouts.
