Common questions
How much weight can these bins safely hold when stacked?
ECT-32-B corrugated material supports stacking up to 4-5 bins high when fully loaded with moderate-weight items (typically 10-15 lbs per box). Actual capacity depends on item density and warehouse conditions; conduct load testing for your specific applications.
Are these bins compliant with shipping and OSHA warehouse standards?
Yes. These bins meet standard industrial storage requirements and are suitable for warehouse use. They are not certified for parcel shipping; they are designed for internal facility organization and shelf storage.
How long does assembly take, and what tools are required?
Each bin assembles in under 30 seconds with no tools required. Simply fold the sides and lock the base, ideal for high-volume setup in distribution centers and manufacturing plants.
Can we customize the white surface with company labels or part numbers?
Absolutely. The bright white exterior provides excellent contrast for printed labels, handwritten part numbers, and barcode stickers. We recommend standard adhesive labels or permanent markers for maximum durability in active warehouse environments.
