Common questions
How long does it take to assemble these bins?
These boxes feature one-piece foldable construction requiring no tools, tape, or staples. Simply fold along the perforations and they're ready for immediate use, assembly takes less than 30 seconds per bin, significantly reducing labor costs compared to traditional box assembly.
What makes ECT-32 corrugated kraft suitable for industrial storage?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32 lbs) corrugated kraft provides excellent stacking strength and durability for frequent handling. This material standard is ideal for warehouse environments where bins experience regular movement, stacking, and exposure to industrial conditions while maintaining structural integrity.
Are these bins suitable for shipping, or just storage?
These bins are designed primarily for shelf storage and parts organization. While made from sturdy corrugated material, they're open-top designs optimized for warehouse inventory management rather than sealed shipping. For shipped goods, consider our closed-top corrugated shipping boxes.
Why choose kraft color for parts bins?
Kraft's natural brown color effectively conceals dirt, dust, and grime accumulation common in industrial environments. This eliminates frequent cleaning requirements and maintains a professional appearance on warehouse shelves longer than white or lighter colors, reducing maintenance costs.
