Common questions
What is ECT-32-B corrugated and why does it matter?
ECT-32-B refers to the Edge Crush Test rating of the corrugated material, indicating it can withstand 32 pounds of force per linear inch when stacked. This rating ensures reliable durability for repeated warehouse handling, stacking multiple boxes vertically, and storing moderate-weight items without collapse or damage.
How quickly can these bins be assembled?
These open-top bin boxes feature easy-fold construction that takes 30-60 seconds per unit to assemble by hand. No special tools, tape, or fasteners are required, allowing your team to deploy bins quickly when workflow demands change.
Are these boxes suitable for shipping, or are they warehouse-only?
These bins are primarily designed for internal warehouse organization and shelf storage. While the corrugated construction provides some protection, they are not engineered for interstate shipping compliance. For shipping applications, consult our corrugated shipping box line.
What weight can I safely stack in these bins?
With ECT-32-B strength, individual bins support moderate weights depending on contents. For safety, follow your facility's load limits and never exceed manufacturer stacking guidelines. Ensure bins are placed on level, sturdy shelving to prevent tip-over risk, especially in high-traffic areas.
