Common questions
Are these bins compatible with existing shelving systems?
Yes. The 17 7/8" x 11 1/8" x 4" dimensions fit standard industrial shelving units. The rear hanglock design allows bins to tilt out for complete access without removal, maximizing picking efficiency on vertical storage systems.
Can these bins handle chemical or oil exposure in harsh environments?
Yes. FDA-compliant polypropylene construction is waterproof and unaffected by grease, oil, and most industrial chemicals, making these bins ideal for automotive, manufacturing, and chemical storage applications without degradation or contamination risk.
How do I organize contents within these bins for faster picking?
Pair these bins with compatible Bin Dividers (BINDS93) or Bin Cups to create compartmentalized storage for small parts. The slotted label holder supports color-coded or barcode identification for organized inventory management and reduced picking errors.
What is the minimum order quantity and case structure?
Bins are sold individually in cases of 8 units. This allows flexible scaling, order one case for testing or multiple cases for large-scale warehouse deployments with consistent unit pricing and bulk freight optimization.
