Common questions
Are these bins stackable and nestable?
Yes. The bins nest together when empty for compact storage and shipping, then stack securely when filled on shelving units. This reduces storage footprint by up to 40% compared to rigid crates.
Can these bins handle chemical exposure or wet environments?
Absolutely. The FDA-compliant polypropylene resins resist grease, oil, most chemicals, and moisture. Bins remain unaffected in cold storage, washdown areas, and industrial chemical environments, ideal for food processing and manufacturing facilities.
How do the tilt-out hanglock and label holder improve warehouse efficiency?
The rear hanglock allows bins to tilt 45° for full-access picking without removal, reducing handling time. The slotted label holder enables quick SKU identification and barcode scanning, cutting pick-pack cycle time and error rates.
What accessories pair with these bins to maximize organization?
The Bin Divider (BINDS53) separates contents into 2 - 4 sections per bin, while Bin Cups provide adjustable sub-compartments. Both accessories work with these 23 5/8" bins to organize small parts, fasteners, and components without additional storage units.
