Common questions
Can these bins hold heavier parts and components?
Yes. Polypropylene construction provides durability for parts up to the bin's capacity. The reinforced walls and stackable design support stacking multiple loaded bins without deformation, making them ideal for heavy-duty warehouse environments.
Are these bins compatible with standard shelving systems?
Absolutely. The built-in rear hanglock secures the bins to any standard shelf system and allows them to tilt forward for ergonomic access. The flat front design provides a professional appearance and maximizes shelf real estate.
How do I maximize storage capacity in these bins?
Pair these bins with optional Bin Dividers (BINDS73) or Bin Cups to create compartments for smaller parts and fasteners. This modular approach lets you customize each bin's layout based on your specific inventory categories and picking frequency.
Will these bins degrade when exposed to chemicals or oils?
No. Polypropylene is inherently resistant to grease, oil, solvents, and most industrial chemicals, making these bins suitable for automotive, machining, and maintenance departments without risk of material breakdown or contamination.
