Common questions
Are these bins compliant with medical storage regulations?
Yes. These shelf bins are manufactured from FDA-compliant polypropylene resins, making them suitable for medical device storage, pharmaceutical applications, and other regulated environments requiring certified materials.
Can these bins be stacked when full, or are they only for shelf mounting?
These bins feature both stacking and hanging capabilities. The rear hanglock allows them to hang and tilt on standard shelving for easy access, while the sturdy polypropylene construction supports stacking when needed for flexible storage configurations.
What's the best way to increase organization within these bins?
Use Bin Dividers (stock number BINDS73) or Bin Cups to create compartments within your bins. These accessories maximize efficiency for small parts and components, reducing picking time and minimizing picking errors.
Will these bins withstand harsh chemical or oily warehouse environments?
Yes. The polypropylene material is waterproof and unaffected by grease, oil, and most industrial chemicals, making these bins ideal for automotive, manufacturing, and maintenance environments where chemical exposure is common.
