Common questions
Can I stack these bins with or without lids?
Yes, the BINS111 containers feature a reinforced rim and base that supports stable stacking in both configurations. For maximum load capacity, opt for optional lids (BINS151) which add structural integrity to the stack.
What's the weight capacity per container?
Each container safely holds up to 35 lbs of evenly distributed weight when stacked 4-high. When nested for storage, they occupy 60% less floor space than traditional fixed bins.
Are these containers suitable for cold storage or outdoor use?
The polypropylene construction performs reliably in cold storage environments down to -10°C. For outdoor exposure, UV-resistant covers are recommended as extended direct sunlight may fade the red color over extended periods.
How do I order matching lids?
Compatible lids are available separately under SKU BINS151. Order the same quantity needed for your containers, each lid fits securely atop the 16" 10" container rim, creating a dustproof seal ideal for hazardous material compliance.
