Common questions
Can these totes be stacked safely with 80-pound loads?
Yes. The reinforced steel frame distributes weight evenly, allowing safe stacking of multiple loaded totes in vertical configurations. Recommended stacking height is 4-5 totes high depending on floor load capacity.
Are these bins compliant with postal and shipping standards?
Yes. The 18 x 13 x 6" dimensions meet USPS, UPS, and FedEx sortation standards, making them ideal for mail rooms and parcel handling operations without requiring compliance modifications.
How do the die-cut handles improve warehouse efficiency?
Die-cut handles allow ergonomic single-hand gripping, reducing handling time and worker strain during high-volume sorting and transport tasks. This design minimizes fatigue and increases throughput compared to totes without handles.
What is the total weight of this case of 6 totes?
Each empty tote weighs approximately 2.5 lbs, making the case weigh roughly 15 lbs empty. This lightweight construction keeps shipping costs low while maintaining the 80-pound per-tote load capacity for full operational use.
