Common questions
What makes these totes better than standard plastic bins for parcel sorting?
The reinforced steel frame prevents collapsing under the 80-pound capacity, ensuring durability across thousands of handling cycles. Unlike standard bins, these maintain structural integrity in high-throughput sorting environments, reducing replacement frequency and total cost of ownership.
Are these totes compatible with standard warehouse racking systems?
Yes, the 18 x 13 x 12" dimensions integrate with most industrial shelving and sorting carts used in fulfillment centers. The reinforced frame design allows safe stacking of multiple totes without degradation, enabling vertical storage optimization.
How do die-cut handles improve efficiency in high-volume operations?
The ergonomic die-cut handles reduce grip strain during repetitive loading and unloading, improving worker productivity and safety compliance. Operators can quickly transition totes between sorting lines, packing stations, and transport vehicles without fumbling for grip points.
What is the minimum order quantity and can I purchase individual cases?
This product is sold by the case (6 totes per case). Packrift offers bulk pricing on multiple cases for operations needing dozens or hundreds of totes. Contact our sales team for volume discounts and custom configurations.
