Common questions
How much void space does one 10 lb. bag fill?
A 10 lb. bag typically fills 2-3 cubic feet of void space depending on packing density. Very Fine™ shred compacts efficiently for storage but expands significantly when applied, providing excellent value for small to medium box sizes.
Is Very Fine™ Ivory suitable for food or cosmetic packaging?
Yes, this product is food-safe and cosmetic-safe, using 100% recycled paper meeting FDA compliance standards. The soft texture makes it ideal for sensitive beauty products and gourmet items without snagging or damaging surfaces.
How does Very Fine™ compare to bubble wrap or foam peanuts for cost-efficiency?
Very Fine™ shredded paper costs 40-60% less than foam or bubble alternatives while providing equivalent cushioning performance. The recyclable material also eliminates disposal costs and appeals to environmentally-conscious buyers, reducing post-purchase complaints.
Can I mix Ivory with other Very Fine™ colors for visual variety?
Absolutely. Ivory pairs beautifully with White and Kraft options, allowing you to create custom branded unboxing experiences or color-coded shipment organization systems without purchasing multiple SKUs.
