Common questions
What surfaces do these permanent adhesive labels stick to best?
These labels adhere permanently to clean, dry metal, plastic, and painted surfaces commonly found in warehouse racking systems, storage bins, and shelving units. For optimal adhesion, ensure surfaces are free from dust, moisture, and oils before application.
Can these labels withstand cold storage or outdoor warehouse conditions?
Yes. The vinyl material and permanent adhesive formulation are designed for temperature fluctuations typical in warehouse environments, including cold storage areas. However, extreme temperatures below -10°F may affect adhesive performance.
How long will the 31/2" letters remain legible in a high-traffic warehouse?
With permanent adhesive backing and UV-resistant vinyl construction, these labels maintain visibility and adhesion for 2-3 years in standard warehouse conditions. High-traffic areas or direct sunlight exposure may reduce lifespan.
Are these labels removable without leaving residue?
These labels feature permanent adhesive, meaning they are designed not to be easily removable. Removal may leave residue or damage underlying surfaces. For temporary labeling needs, consider alternative removable label options.
