About this item
SKU GOOD20120BEM — 800' × 20", 120 Gauge, Purple. Sold as a case of 4, shipped from US warehouses.
20 in x 800 ft 120 gauge hand stretch film 4 rolls. 120 gauge film (1.2 mil). A load-securing film for docks and packing areas. Also called stretch wrap or pallet wrap. For unitizing cartons and securing loads in warehouses. Bundles odd items and locks pallet loads for shipping. Wraps pallets tight so loads arrive intact.
Common questions
What is the pre-stretch ratio of this film, and how does it reduce costs?
The patented dispensing system allows operators to achieve optimal pre-stretch tension, stretching the film further before wrapping while maintaining load retention. This increases coverage per roll by up to 30%, directly lowering material costs per pallet wrapped without sacrificing puncture resistance or load stability.
Is 120 gauge thick enough for heavy or irregular pallet loads?
Yes. The 120 gauge blown film formulation is specifically engineered for puncture resistance, making it ideal for irregular loads with sharp corners, metal edges, or protruding items. It delivers the same holding power as thicker cast films while maintaining flexibility and ease of hand wrapping.
Do I need to assemble these dispensers, or are they ready to use?
No assembly required. Each roll arrives ready to use out of the box with integrated disposable handles already attached, allowing warehouse teams to start wrapping immediately without setup delays.
Why choose purple stretch film over clear film?
Purple-colored film provides enhanced visibility for wrapped pallets on the dock, making it easier to identify which loads have been wrapped. It also signals premium product quality to customers and helps warehouse staff visually verify wrap completion during high-speed operations.
