The 20" x 22" Heavy-Duty bags are recommended for shipments weighing 40-80 lbs. The expandable polyurethane foam creates custom-fit cushioning that adapts to product shape while providing impact protection in this weight category.

No. The chemicals are self-contained and activated within the bag, eliminating cleanup, chemical handling, and disposal complications. Once expanded, the foam is contained, simply seal and ship with your product.
