No. Unlike standard Instapak Quick®, the RT (Room Temperature) formula activates through an internal chemical reaction without a warming unit. Simply insert the product, seal the bag, and the foam expands automatically, equipment-free operation in any facility.
What's the activation time and how long does the foam stay stable?
Foam reaches full expansion within 2-3 minutes at room temperature (65-90°F). The cured foam remains stable indefinitely once set, providing consistent protection throughout the shipping lifecycle.
Is cleanup required after using these foam bags?
No cleanup needed. All chemical activation occurs sealed within the bag. Simply dispose of the used bag, no residual foam dust, spills, or environmental hazard management required.
What weight range should I use these bags for?
