Do I need any equipment to use Instapak Quick® RT bags?
No. Unlike standard Instapak Quick® systems, the RT version requires no warming unit, compressor, or external equipment. The chemical activation system is built into each bag, activating when you add the product and seal it closed.
What temperature conditions do these bags require?
Instapak Quick® RT bags work optimally in room-temperature environments between 65°F and 90°F. They do not require preheating or climate-controlled storage, making them ideal for distributed fulfillment operations.
How much void space can these 22 x 27" bags fill?
The 22 x 27" bag expands to conform to the carton interior and product shape, providing custom cushioning for boxes ranging from small to medium sizes. Expansion depends on carton dimensions and void volume.
Are there any cleanup or disposal concerns?
No cleanup is required. The foam cures completely inside the sealed bag, eliminating mess and labor. Bags can be disposed of according to your local waste management guidelines.
