Common questions
How many sheets do I get per case, and how much does it weigh?
Each case contains 7,700 pre-cut sheets organized into 50 lb. bundles. This high sheet count maximizes your packing efficiency while the bundle format simplifies inventory management and reduces setup time per shift.
Is this kraft paper suitable for FDA-compliant food packaging?
While this product is ideal for void fill and protective wrapping in general shipping, verify specific food contact compliance requirements with our sales team if direct food contact is intended. It's best suited for non-food item protection and general packaging applications.
How does 30 lb. basis weight compare to heavier kraft options?
30 lb. kraft provides an optimal balance of durability and cost-efficiency for most industrial shipping needs. It delivers adequate tear-resistance and cushioning for fragile items while keeping your per-sheet material costs low, ideal for high-volume operations where margins matter.
Can these pre-cut sheets replace my kraft paper roll?
Yes. Pre-cut sheets eliminate cutting waste and preparation labor, making them faster for packing teams. If your operation requires custom sizes, rolls remain the better choice, but for standard 8.5" x 11" applications, sheets support workflows and reduce per-unit handling costs.
