Common questions
Will these insert cards work with my existing vinyl envelope holders?
Yes. The 5" x 7" dimensions are specifically designed to fit standard plastic label holders and vinyl envelope pockets used in shipping and warehouse operations. Simply print your information using the provided template and insert into your holders.
Can I use my inkjet printer instead of a laser printer?
Absolutely. These cards are engineered to work with both laser and inkjet printers. Inkjet printing may require slightly longer drying time before insertion into holders to prevent smudging.
How many cards do I get per case, and how should I calculate my order quantity?
Each case contains 100 pre-cut insert cards (perforated on 8.5" x 11" sheets for efficiency). For high-volume shipping operations, calculate based on your daily shipping volume; many facilities order multiple cases quarterly to maintain inventory and take advantage of bulk pricing.
Are these cards suitable for outdoor or wet environments?
These laser paper cards are designed for standard indoor warehouse and shipping environments. For moisture-resistant applications, consider asking our packaging specialists about laminated or synthetic alternatives that maintain readability in high-humidity or refrigerated conditions.
