Common questions
Will these envelopes work with barcode scanners?
Yes. The clear vinyl material is specifically designed for optimal barcode scanability. Super-Scan® technology ensures barcodes remain readable through the envelope at standard warehouse scanning speeds, making them ideal for automated warehouse systems.
Can I update the label inside without replacing the envelope?
Absolutely. The reclosable single-track zipper allows you to open and close the envelope repeatedly without damaging it. Simply insert a new printed card using the provided Microsoft Word template and reseal. This reusability reduces replacement costs over time.
How durable is the adhesive backing in high-traffic areas?
The self-adhesive backing is designed for permanent adhesion to dry, smooth surfaces typical of metal pallet racks and shelving. For maximum durability, ensure the mounting surface is clean and dry. In high-vibration environments, these envelopes remain securely attached through repeated handling and forklift activity.
What sizes are available for inserts?
This 5" x 8" envelope accommodates standard insert cards of matching dimensions. Additional inserts are available separately for purchase. Use the included Microsoft Word template to design and print custom inserts sized perfectly for this envelope model (SKU LH237).
