Common questions
What's the difference between usable length and actual tube length?
Usable length (26") represents the interior storage space for your products. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate end caps and the tube wall structure. End caps (sold separately) seal both ends for professional presentation and added protection.
Can these tubes handle heavy rolled materials?
Yes. The 0.125" thick 3-ply spiral wound construction provides rigid support and crush resistance for heavy documents, blueprints, fabrics, and rolled promotional materials without bending or warping during transit.
Are these tubes USPS and carrier compliant?
These kraft tubes meet standard shipping carrier requirements for dimensional and weight specifications. Verify current carrier guidelines for your specific shipping class, as regulations vary by destination and weight.
How many items come in each order?
Each order is sold as a case of 15 tubes. This bulk quantity reduces per-unit cost and provides consistent inventory for high-volume shipping operations.
