Common questions

What actually fits inside a 5.25x8" bag?
The listed size is 5.25x8". Plan for contents slightly smaller than the nominal size — the usable interior runs a bit under the listed measurement once the bag takes shape around what you load into it.
Is 1.5 mil the right thickness for my use?
A mil is one-thousandth of an inch, so 1.5 mil film is 1.5/1000" thick — 4 mil film, for example, is twice the film thickness of 2 mil. Heavier film of the same material stands up to punctures and rough handling better; lighter film costs less per bag and packs tighter. This listing's material is specified as 1.5 Mil Polypropylene (PP).
Can a nearby size or thickness replace PBR114?
Not as an exact replacement. The closest sizes in this line are 5" W x 8" L and 5.75x7.75"; any size change alters the usable interior. Before switching, match the listed dimensions, 1.5 mil thickness, and case count — then reorder by exact SKU PBR114.
How do I close these bags, and how do they ship?
These are open-top bags — close them with a heat sealer, bag tape, twist ties, or staples, whichever fits your workflow. This listing is sold as one case of 1,000 bags — roughly $0.033 per bag at the current case price (confirm the live price before ordering). Orders ship from Packrift's five US warehouse regions (Central IL, NE PA, S TX, SE GA, and W CA); delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
