Common questions
How do I know if my item fits the 12x15" size?
The listed size is 12x15". Plan for contents slightly smaller than the nominal size — the usable interior runs a bit under the listed measurement once the bag takes shape around what you load into it.
Is 4 mil the right thickness for my use?
A mil is one-thousandth of an inch, so 4 mil film is 4/1000" thick — 4 mil film, for example, is twice the film thickness of 2 mil. Heavier film of the same material stands up to punctures and rough handling better; lighter film costs less per bag and packs tighter. This listing's material is specified as Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) - 4 Mil.
Is there a drop-in substitute for PRR121504?
Not as an exact replacement. The closest sizes in this line are 12x14" and 12 x 16 inches (same 4 mil film), and the same 12x15" size is also stocked in 1 and 1.5 mil. Before switching, match the listed dimensions, 4 mil thickness, closure type, and case count — then reorder by exact SKU PRR121504.
Do these bags reseal, and how do they arrive?
The closure is listed as Self-Adhesive Resealable with Release Strip, so the bag closes without separate tape or heat. This listing is sold as one case of 500 bags — roughly $0.22 per bag at the current case price (confirm the live price before ordering). Orders ship from Packrift's five US warehouse regions (Central IL, NE PA, S TX, SE GA, and W CA); delivery options and timing are shown at checkout.
