About this item
SKU KN129 — N/A × N/A, Plastic/Metal, Yellow. Sold as a case of 10, shipped from US warehouses.
The QBA-375 QuickBlade® Auto-Load Knife delivers tool-free blade changes, eliminating downtime and injury risk in high-volume shipping rooms. Features a zinc die-cast handle with thermoplastic rubber grip, convenient 5-blade storage compartment, and includes 50 total blades (5 per unit 10-pack case).
Common questions
How does the auto-load blade system reduce workplace injuries?
The tool-free auto-loading mechanism eliminates manual blade handling and fumbling with change systems, which are primary causes of cut injuries. Users simply press a button to eject dull blades and slide in sharp ones, no fingers near blade edges, no tools required. This design aligns with OSHA guidelines for reducing repetitive strain and sharp-object injuries in high-volume operations.
Can I use non-Packrift blades in the QBA-375?
The QBA-375 is optimized for SB-92 Standard Utility Blades (SKU KN210), which are included with your purchase. While compatible blade options may exist, we recommend using Packrift blades to ensure safe auto-loading performance and warranty coverage.
What's the total cost per unit when buying a case of 10?
The QBA-375 is sold exclusively as a case of 10 knives. This bulk pricing model delivers significant savings for warehouse and shipping departments that equip multiple team members, ensuring consistent tool standardization and inventory control.
How long do the included blades typically last?
Blade lifespan depends on cutting frequency and material type. In high-volume shipping operations opening dozens of boxes daily, blades typically last 1 - 3 shifts before dulling. Each knife comes with 5 spare blades, and replacement blade packs (KN210) are available for continuous operation without downtime.
