Common questions
Will this tape work with my existing carton sealing tape dispenser?
Yes. The 2" width and standard core diameter are compatible with all major hand-held and automated tape dispensers. For dispenser recommendations and compatibility verification, review our Carton Sealing Tape Dispensers category or contact our support team.
How does hot melt adhesive compare to other tape types for packing line efficiency?
Hot melt adhesive delivers a quiet release with minimal noise pollution on busy lines, easy unwind to reduce operator strain, and elongation, allowing the tape to conform to irregular box surfaces without tearing. This translates to fewer jams, faster throughput, and fewer rework stops.
What happens if my warehouse temperature fluctuates between cold storage and shipping areas?
This tape maintains reliable adhesion and seal integrity across a service temperature range of 10°F to 120°F, ensuring consistent performance whether boxes move through freezers, ambient warehouses, or heated loading docks.
Is this tape cost-effective for high-volume operations?
Yes. Economy grade tape is designed for repetitive, volume packaging without sacrificing adhesion or durability. A case of 36 rolls optimizes cost per seal, and the hot melt formulation reduces tape waste due to premature failures or re-taping, improving your total cost of ownership.
