Common questions
Will this orange tape work with my existing tape dispenser?
Yes. Tape Logic colored carton sealing tape is compatible with all standard 2" manual and electric tape dispensers. The 2.2 mil core accommodates both friction-feed and blade-style dispensers commonly used in high-volume packing lines.
How does the acrylic adhesive perform on corrugated boxes in high-speed operations?
The acrylic adhesive formula provides immediate tack and sustained adhesion on standard corrugated surfaces without temperature conditioning. Performance remains consistent across typical warehouse temperatures (60-75°F), making it ideal for continuous packing line use without adhesion delays.
Can I use this tape for color-coding without compromising case seal strength?
Absolutely. The 2.2 mil polypropylene thickness delivers full sealing integrity while the orange coloring serves purely as a visual identifier. You're not sacrificing seal quality, just adding operational intelligence to your shipments.
How much tape length does each case provide for my packing line?
Each case contains 6 rolls x 55 yards = 330 total yards of tape. At typical case-sealing volumes (2-3 inches per box), this case will seal approximately 1,320-1,980 medium boxes, depending on your sealing pattern and box dimensions.
