Common questions
Will this red tape work with our current 2-inch carton sealing dispensers?
Yes. Tape Logic red carton sealing tape features a standard 3-inch cardboard core and 2-inch width, delivering full compatibility with both manual handheld and pneumatic packing line dispensers. No equipment modifications required.
How does the 2.2 mil thickness perform on heavy or oversized cartons?
The 2.2 mil polypropylene construction with aggressive acrylic adhesion provides reliable case closure on standard and heavy corrugated boxes. For extreme temperature or high-humidity environments, confirm environmental conditions align with acrylic adhesive specifications.
Can we use red tape for multiple color-coding systems on the same packing line?
Absolutely. Tape Logic offers red, blue, green, yellow, orange, white, and black options, enabling flexible color-coding systems for shipment methods, destination regions, service levels, or product categories. Purchase coordinating colors to support line organization.
What's the typical yield per roll, and how many cases do we need for a day's production?
Each roll yields approximately 110 linear feet of sealed carton footage (depending on carton dimensions). A single 6-pack case provides roughly 660 linear feet. Assess your daily carton volume and seal length to determine optimal case quantity for your packing line's throughput.
